Nature of Services
ELITE International Recruitment, Education & Visa Services provides recruitment coordination, educational counselling, and documentation/application support for visa processes. We do not employ candidates directly, admit students, or issue visas.
No Guarantees
We do not and cannot guarantee job placement, university admission, work permits, or visa approval. All such decisions are made solely by the relevant employer, educational institution or government authority.
Accuracy of Information
You are responsible for providing accurate, complete and truthful information and documents. Misrepresentation may result in rejection of your application by the relevant employer, institution or authority and may affect our ability to assist you.
Fees
Any applicable service fees, if charged, will be communicated transparently in advance and confirmed in writing before you are obligated to pay.
Limitation of Liability
ELITE International is not liable for decisions made by third parties, including employers, educational institutions, embassies, consulates or immigration authorities, or for delays caused by such third parties.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
