General Policy
Where service fees are charged, refund eligibility depends on the stage of service delivery at the time of a cancellation request. Specific terms will be confirmed in writing at the time any fee is agreed.
Non-Refundable Circumstances
Fees covering work already completed (such as documentation preparation, counselling sessions delivered, or third-party charges already incurred) are generally non-refundable.
Third-Party Fees
Government, embassy, university or examination fees paid directly to third parties are governed by that third party's own refund policy and are outside our control.
